An edited transcript of a TV programme which revealed new evidence demonstrating Eddie Gilfoyle's innocence was featured on this site. In early May 2001 DJ Freeman, solicitors acting on behalf of Channel 4 Television Corporation, requested the removal of the transcript, which is the subject of on-going libel proceedings in England.
